Shipping Fees and Policies
Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria
such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method.
To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your
shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you
will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On
orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional
shipping charges which you would be notified of prior to us billing your
credit card. Due to price fluctuation on the price of silver, www.BabyCupsSilverGifts.com can not
always offer price protection on already shipped products.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii And Puerto Rico please select two
day air or overnight delivery, as these orders cannot be shipped via
ground delivery. For orders shipping to P.O. boxes and APO or FPO addresses please
select the U.S.P.S. standard or priority as these orders cannot be
shipped via FedEx or UPS. If you do not select an appropriate shipping
method, your order will be adjusted accordingly to the proper shipping
method and rate.

may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. www.BabyCupsSilverGifts.com bears no
responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee
Strikes or any other complications caused on behalf of our affiliated
shipping carriers.
Return Policy/Procedures
All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the total
transaction charge. Returns are processed in the order in which they are
received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time
your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled
in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department
and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require
a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before a credit is
applied to your charge card, PayPal account. All returns require a Return Authoriration Number
must include all merchandise sold under the same order
